    The Office of Student Financial Aid welcomes applications for a senior associate director, systems & communications from individuals who are passionate about the financial aid profession and want to have positive impact on students’ success.

    The staff of the Office of Student Financial Aid are committed dedicated to providing financial guidance and support to students as they enter and make their way through the University.

    POSITION OVERVIEW: The senior associate director for systems & communications is responsible for creating, maintaining and identifying opportunities to effectively administer and coordinate ~ $500M in student aid annually. This position leads, manages, and directs the financial aid operational and communications software systems ensuring compliance including, but not limited to, MAUI, ICON, Dispatch web service, MYUI, and SWIPE. The position is responsible for proposing policies, procedures, strategic planning, and technology initiatives related to the overall direction and mission of the Office of Student Financial Aid (OSFA). The position reports to the Assistant Provost/Director of Student Financial Aid.

    Compensation:$59,460-to commensurate (full-time) annual salary.  Professional staff appointment with full benefit options.
