Whether you’re looking to share your experience, develop new skills, connect with colleagues, or simply give back to the profession, volunteering with MASFAA is a great way to make a difference.

Our volunteers are at the heart of what makes MASFAA a strong and connected professional association. Serving on a committee or helping with a special project can provide opportunities to:

A Taste of MASFAA Cookbook Presale

Bring a taste of MASFAA home with you!

MASFAA members from across the region have opened their recipe boxes and shared favorites for A Taste of MASFAA, a special cookbook created as part of this year’s fundraising efforts supporting Foundation 2.

Inside, you’ll find recipes gathered from your MASFAA colleagues for:

Small Plate Mingling • Backyard BBQ & Potluck • Sunday Supper • After School & Midnight Snacks • Sweet Treats

Choose the version that works best for you:

Printed Cookbook | $20
Pick up your cookbook at the MASFAA Conference, or arrange for another conference attendee to take your order back to your institution.

A limited number of additional printed cookbooks will be available for purchase at the conference. Preordering is the best way to guarantee your copy.

Digital Cookbook | $10

Digital cookbook purchases are intended for use by the purchaser or purchasing institution and should not be forwarded, posted, or otherwise redistributed.

You can also order both versions or purchase additional copies for colleagues, friends, or your office.

Presale orders must be submitted and paid by 12:00 p.m. CT on Friday, October 2.

Printed cookbooks will not be shipped. You do not need to personally attend the conference to purchase a printed copy, but an attendee will need to pick it up on your behalf.

Every order helps support MASFAA’s fundraising efforts for Foundation 2 while celebrating the recipes, traditions, and people that make our region special.

Full conference registration includes:

Beverage breaks and afternoon snacks.
Monday breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Tuesday breakfast and lunch.
Wednesday brunch.
Preconference sessions:
- NASFAA Credential, a Community College Roundtable, and a Graduate & Professional Roundtable.
- **The Elevated Leadership Experience is available as an optional add-on within the standard conference registration form and requires an additional fee. Attendees can indicate whether they plan to participate, are unsure, or do not plan to attend. Additional details and a tentative agenda will be shared later this summer, and attendees will have opportunities to update their selection throughout the summer and fall.
Access to all sessions (including NASFAA & ED) and all exhibits.

Each participant is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, other meal costs, and incidental expenses.

Cancelation & Change Policies

All requests for a 100% refund must be submitted in writing to the Treasurer (treasurer@masfaaweb.net) by October 4, 2026. Late refund requests up to 15 days after the event will be considered on a case by case basis and can range from 50-100%.

Paid registration may be transferred to another individual within the same institution (and also a MASFAA Member) up to 7 days before the conference begins. Requests must be submitted to the Treasurer-Elect (treasurer-elect@masfaaweb.net) in writing to be considered.

Participant Conduct

All registrants and attendees of the annual conference must agree to abide by the MASFAA Appropriate Behavior and Conduct Clause.
