Registrations submitted after May 7 will be contingent upon room availability.
The Osthoff Resort is an all-suite hotel. Suites can be one bedroom (singles) or two bedrooms (doubles) with a shared kitchen and living room. Two bedroom suites all have private bedrooms and bathrooms, but will allow you to enjoy the kitchen/living room/balcony with a new MASFAA friend. REGISTRATION CANCELLATION AND CHANGE INFORMATION
Registration Cancellation: You may request to cancel your registration for a full refund, until May 10, 2021. After that time, you will be charged the full registration cost. Requests must be submitted to the Treasurer (treasurer@masfaaweb.net) in writing to be considered.
Registration Change: Registration fees may be transferred to another individual up to 7 days before Leadership Symposium begins. Requests must be submitted to the Treasurer-Elect (treasurer-elect@masfaaweb.net) in writing to be considered.
PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
All participants in Summer Institute and Leadership Symposium must agree to abide by the MASFAA Appropriate Behavior and Conduct Clause.
