Indiana University Indianapolis, boldly positioned in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, sits along the scenic White River and Fall Creek, offering attendees an energizing urban setting where innovation thrives. Located just approximately 20 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport, the university is an ideal launching point for bold ideas and bright futures and ease of travels.
Attendees will reside in University Tower, a convenient on‑campus housing option that supports both comfort and connection. Participants may select a single room, featuring a private bedroom and bathroom, or a double room, which includes shared sleeping and bathroom spaces with another attendee. Nestled centrally on campus, University Tower offers easy access to dining, campus amenities, and the surrounding downtown environment, creating an atmosphere designed to spark collaboration, reflection, and the bold moves that lead to bright futures. *Linen packages include the following items: 1 blanket, 2 flat sheets, 2 pillows, 2 pillowcases, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, 1 bathmat. It is recommended that attendees bring supplemental linens for added warmth and comfort. Please note that daily cleaning services and toiletries will not be provided as they would in hotel accommodations.
Cancellation: You may request to cancel your registration for a full refund, until May 22, 2026. Requests must be submitted to the Treasurer (treasurer@masfaaweb.net) in writing to be considered.
Changes: Registration may be transferred to another individual up to 10 days before Summer Institute and Leadership Symposium begins. Requests must be submitted to the Treasurer-Elect (treasurer-elect@masfaaweb.net) in writing to be considered.
All participants in Summer Institute and Leadership Symposium must agree to abide by the MASFAA Appropriate Behavior and Conduct Clause.

Mini-MASFAA is Back – And We’re Talking AI! Artificial Intelligence is changing the way we work. Are you ready? The Professional Development and Advocacy Committee invites you to a fully virtual, AI-focused Mini-Conference the week of July 20, 2026. Attendees will gain a foundational understanding through clear overviews of AI, receive the latest updates directly from the NASFAA AI Taskforce and member instituations, hear from FSA, while also having the opportunity to sharpen their professional skills during a guided, hands-on workshop.
Registration is just $50 per institution, giving your entire team access to the full week of live and recorded sessions, available for on-demand viewing for a full year.

Only one person from your institution needs to complete this registration and can then add additional staff as "guests". The person registering for the institution will add each guest individually during the registration process, prior to paying. It's important to note that once you have completed registration, you will not be able to add additional guests. After the registration process is complete, you and all of your guests will receive an e-mail with information explaining how to sign up for individual sessions. If you have any questions about registering your team, need to add additional guests, or have any other questions about this conference, please contact masfaamatters@masfaaweb.org.

Each participant is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, other meal costs, and incidental expenses.
All requests for a 100% refund must be submitted in writing to the Treasurer (treasurer@masfaaweb.net) by October 4, 2026. Late refund requests up to 15 days after the event will be considered on a case by case basis and can range from 50-100%.
Paid registration may be transferred to another individual within the same institution (and also a MASFAA Member) up to 7 days before the conference begins. Requests must be submitted to the Treasurer-Elect (treasurer-elect@masfaaweb.net) in writing to be considered.
All registrants and attendees of the annual conference must agree to abide by the MASFAA Appropriate Behavior and Conduct Clause.
