The Graduate Aid Network provides a collaborative space for financial aid administrators to engage in casual discussions, fostering a dynamic platform for shared insights and mutual learning. Facilitating valuable exchanges, administrators can explore key topics shaping the landscape of graduate-level financial aid, enhancing their collective knowledge and expertise in an informal and supportive environment.

Discover Saint Xavier University’s beautiful Chicago campus, where you can walk 74 landscaped acres that encompass five residence halls, a community fitness center and one beautiful spring-fed pond -- creating an oasis within the urban Chicago community! Participants who choose to stay on campus will have a spacious single room and enjoy private bathrooms. We’re excited to bring you the very first Mini-MASFAA, a fully virtual, tech-focused professional development event happening the week of June 9, 2025. Designed for all MASFAA member institutions, this event includes sessions on software conversions, AI in compliance, Microsoft tools, free tech tools for your office and association, and more—including a system-wide get-together to close out the week.
Registration is just $50 per institution, giving your entire team access to the full week of live and recorded sessions, available for on-demand viewing for a full year.

Only one person from your institution needs to complete this registration and can then add additional staff as "guests". The person registering for the institution will add each guest individually during the registration process, prior to paying. Once you have completed the registration process, you and all of your guests will receive an e-mail with information on how to sign up for individual sessions. Once you have completed registration, you will not be able to add additional guests. If you have any questions about registering your team, need to add additional guests, or have any other questions about Mini-MASFAA, please contact masfaamatters@masfaaweb.org.
