Leadership Experience (Sunday, Preconference)**

Full conference registration includes:

  • Beverage breaks and afternoon snacks.
  • Monday breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Tuesday breakfast and lunch.
  • Wednesday brunch.
  • Preconference sessions: 
    • NASFAA Credential, a Community College Roundtable, and a Graduate & Professional Roundtable. 
    • **The Elevated Leadership Experience is available as an optional add-on within the standard conference registration form and requires an additional fee. Attendees can indicate whether they plan to participate, are unsure, or do not plan to attend. Additional details and a tentative agenda will be shared later this summer, and attendees will have opportunities to update their selection throughout the summer and fall by emailing conference@masfaaweb.org
  • Access to all sessions (including NASFAA & ED) and all exhibits.

Each participant is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, other meal costs, and incidental expenses.

Cancelation & Change Policy


All requests for a 100% refund must be submitted in writing to the Treasurer (treasurer@masfaaweb.net) by October 4, 2026. Late refund requests up to 15 days after the event will be considered on a case by case basis and can range from 50-100%.


Paid registration may be transferred to another individual within the same institution (and also a MASFAA Member) up to 7 days before the conference begins. Requests must be submitted to the Treasurer-Elect (treasurer-elect@masfaaweb.net) in writing to be considered.

Participant Behavior & Conduct

All registrants and attendees of the annual conference must agree to abide by the MASFAA Appropriate Behavior and Conduct Clause.
