Fees

Full conference registration includes:

• Beverage breaks and afternoon snacks.
• Lunch on Monday and Tuesday.
• Dinner on Sunday and Monday.
• Preconference sessions: Two NASFAA Credentials and a Director's Roundtable.
• Access to all sessions (including NASFAA & ED) and all exhibits.

Each participant is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, other meal costs, and incidental expenses.

**Breakfast will not be offered as part of the conference. Attendees staying at the conference hotel can eat made-to-order and buffet-style breakfast in the hotel lobby from 7 - 10 a.m. on Sunday and 6:30 - 9:30 a.m. Monday-Wednesday. Only coffee/tea will be available in the conference center.**

Cancelation & Change Policy

All requests for a 100% refund must be submitted in writing to the Treasurer (treasurer@masfaaweb.net) by September 28, 2025. Late refund requests up to 15 days after the event will be considered on a case by case basis and can range from 50-100%.

Paid registration may be transferred to another individual within the same institution (and also a MASFAA Member) up to 7 days before the conference begins. Requests must be submitted to the Treasurer-Elect (treasurer-elect@masfaaweb.net) in writing to be considered.
