This year’s conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cedar Rapids Convention Complex (350 First Avenue NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52401).

Hotel Update: MASFAA Room Blocks are Sold Out

The MASFAA room blocks at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cedar Rapids Convention Complex and Fairfield Inn & Suites Cedar Rapids are no longer available.

If you have not yet secured lodging for the conference, we encourage you to make hotel arrangements as soon as possible. The DoubleTree remains the official conference hotel and location for MASFAA conference programming.

Other Area Hotels

While MASFAA does not have contracted room blocks at the hotels below, attendees may want to consider these additional Cedar Rapids lodging options.

Hotel rates and availability can change. Prices listed below are approximate rates available as of September 13, and are not MASFAA-negotiated rates. Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations directly with these hotels. MASFAA cannot guarantee rates, availability, cancellation policies, or other reservation terms at properties outside of the official conference room blocks.

Please Note:
A MASFAA conference registration is not required before booking your hotel room. However, we strongly encourage you to verify both your hotel reservation confirmation and your MASFAA registration confirmation to ensure you're all set for the event.

Driving & Parking

Overnight guests can provide their license plate to the hotel upon check-in for $5 overnight parking. If you are driving each day, parking will be $0.75 an hour. Suggested ramp locations are "Convention Center Ramp" and "Five Seasons Ramp". On-Street parking is enforced Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. $1.25/hour with time limits posted; it is free on nights and weekends!

Flying

The Eastern Iowa Airport is about a 12-minute drive from the Convention Center & Hotel. Hotel guests can utilize the complimentary airport shuttle by calling the hotel directly at 319-731-4444 ext. 0 and providing their flight information in advance. The hotel team will then coordinate pickup based on arrival details.
