Event DetailsMASFAA will hold its 2026 Annual Conference from October 18-21 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This conference attracts over 325 financial aid administrator sand enrollment management professionals from a nine state region. Additionally, we encourage exhibitors to host one of our Charity Raffle Baskets at their booth, further increasing foot traffic while supporting a great cause. Each exhibitor will be provided a 8-ft table-length booth with tablecloth (no skirting), with locations assigned based on registration and payment date priority. All packages are delivered to building security upon arrival. Exhibitors may request their packages directly from security, or a member of our staff can assist with pickup.
