Mondays don’t have to be the villain of your week! In this upbeat and refreshingly honest session, we’ll explore why the “Sunday Scaries” sneak up on us—and how simple, everyday actions can help reduce burnout, build stronger connections, and create healthier, happier workplaces. You’ll gain a burnout buffer toolkit packed with practical strategies - and maybe even find yourself looking forward to Mondays!
Manda Riley (she/her) is the founder of Ice Cream Social Work, where she blends humor, heart, and real-world tools to help teams beat burnout and communicate better—building skills they can actually use the next day! A social worker turned speaker, educator, and financial aid coordinator, Manda draws from years working in mental health and higher ed to create workshops that are as meaningful as they are memorable. She's especially known for her PsychoGeometrics® sessions, where she proudly reps her squiggle/circle energy and helps teams discover new ways to connect and collaborate more effectively. When she’s not transforming team dynamics, you’ll find her snuggling her beagle Winston, planning her next travel adventure, or trying to keep her garden alive (with an unpredictable success rate).

And, fixing it is your organization’s competitive advantage in retaining employees and unleashing their best every day.
