Your registration fee includes:

Beverage breaks and afternoon snacks.
Pizza buffet on Sunday night.
Breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
$20 gift card to have lunch on your own Monday.
Lunch on Tuesday.
Pre-conference sessions: NASFAA Credential, Mental Health, or Inclusive Language
Access to all sessions (including NASFAA & ED) and all exhibits.

Each participant is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, other meal costs, and incidental expenses.

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION

You may request to cancel your registration for a full refund until September 30, 2023. After that time, you will be charged the full registration cost. Requests must be submitted to the Treasurer (treasurer@masfaaweb.net) in writing to be considered.

Registration fees may be transferred to another individual up to 7 days before the conference begins. Requests must be submitted to the Treasurer-Elect (treasurer-elect@masfaaweb.net) in writing to be considered. Transferring registration fees to another individual may require the recipient to become a MASFAA member in accordance with the registration policies for the event. Memberships are non-transferrable.

PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

All participants must agree to abide by the MASFAA Appropriate Behavior and Conduct Clause.
