Welcome from MASFAA President, Betsy Johnson.

I am so thrilled that you are perusing all we have to offer. MASFAA is a wonderful organization that is made up of 9 states commonly referred to as 3M’s (Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri), 3I’s (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa) and a WOW (Wisconsin, Ohio, West Virginia). I am honored to be serving as the President of MASFAA and look forward to serving all of you!  We just finished an incredible conference in Columbus, Ohio with the theme “You’ve always had the power my dear, you just had to learn it for yourself.” 

This year will be another great year full of professional development and training opportunities, whether you are new to the aid profession or seasoned, and after the year we have had we all could use various refreshers along with opportunities to be together. In this month of November, I hope you all take a time to relax and reflect on all you are thankful for. I am blessed to have so many wonderful colleagues working with me on the MASFAA board, and all of the other MASFAA members who will be volunteering to support all the exciting things that will be happening - I am thankful for each one of you!
